Summary

New residential customers in Yuba Sutter and Roseville, Ca get 50% off the first qualifying general pest control service when enrolling in a recurring maintenance plan (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Offer excludes specialty/large-scale services. Full terms below.

Eligibility

New residential customers only (no active service and no service from Cyrus Pest Control in the last 12 months).

Service area: Most of Yuba Sutter including but not limited to: Yuba City, Marysville, Olivehurst, Plumas Lake, Wheatland, Sutter,  and Roseville (CA).

Recurring plan required: Offer is valid only with enrollment in an ongoing maintenance plan (monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly) at time of scheduling.

Qualified services: General household pests (e.g., ants, spiders, roaches, earwigs, silverfish) and rodent initial service/exclusion inspection.

Excluded services: Termites, wildlife/bee relocation, whole-structure fumigation, severe/large-scale infestations, multi-day bed bug programs, and attic insulation installs (quoted separately).

Discount Details

Discount: 50% off the first qualifying service, up to $150 maximum discount.

One per household/account. Not transferable; no cash value.

Not combinable with other discounts or partner offers.

Applies to the first visit of the recurring plan; subsequent visits bill at standard plan rates.

Early cancellation: If the recurring plan is canceled before the first follow-up visit, the promotional discount is void and the discounted amount may be charged back (i.e., the initial visit is billed at the standard rate).

Scheduling & Service

Same-day often available if you call before noon (subject to route capacity).

Prep instructions provided as needed.

Do I need to leave? Most general services do not require leaving; re-enter once treated areas are dry (≈30–60 minutes). For heavier applications (e.g., bed bugs or severe infestations), we may ask you to step out for a few hours while products are applied and dry.

How to Redeem

Discount applied at service after eligibility is confirmed.

Payment & Fees

Taxes, regulatory, and disposal/sanitation fees (if applicable) are not discounted.

No-show fee may apply if not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
